Sea Dunes Oceanfront Motel Policy
An advance deposit equal to one night's rate is required within 14 days after making the reservation to confirm the reservation. Deposit will be applied to last night's stay. Canadian reservation deposits must be made in U.S. funds. In the event of reservation cancellation, request for a refund must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Service charge for cancellations is $15.00 or 10% whichever is greater. DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED IF RESERVATION IS CANCELED AFTER 14 DAY NOTIFICATION PERIOD. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. NO REFUNDS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. This is a family-oriented motel. Children must be accompanied by parents.

PAYMENT AND RATE INFORMATION: Balance of rent is due at check-in. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED AT TIME OF CHECK-IN. Payment of bill must be by traveler's checks, cash or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted. All discounts must be applied at check-in. Rates are based on 2 persons per room (2 Adults and 2 children under 12). RATES SLIGHTLY HIGHER ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. $50.00 per person security deposit required for persons 25 or under at check-in. Rates may change without notice. $10.00 for each additional person per night. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. We are not responsible for money, jewelry or other valuables lost or stolen on property. Ask about our safe deposit boxes.
