An advance deposit equal to one night's rate is required within 14 days after making the reservation to confirm the reservation. Deposit will be applied to last night's stay. Canadian reservation deposits must be made in U.S. funds.
In the event of reservation cancellation, a request for a refund must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A service charge for cancellations is $15.00 or 10% whichever is greater. Deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled after the 14-day notification period.
Refunds will not be made for early departure or due to inclement weather. This is a family-oriented motel. Children must be accompanied by parents.

The balance of rent is due at check-in. No personal checks are accepted at check-in. Payment must be made using traveler's checks, cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted).
All discounts must be applied at check-in. Rates are based on 2 persons per room (2 Adults and 2 children under 12). Rates may vary on weekends and holidays.
Security Deposit: $50.00 per person for those aged 25 or under, due at check-in. $10.00 for each additional person per night. Absolutely no pets allowed.
We are not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost or stolen on the property. Safe deposit boxes are available upon request.
Late check-in is available with advance notice only. Minimum stay requirements may apply for holidays and summer weekends.
